TPU-64D

TPU64D through the use of special modification methods reduced material processing temperature and improved low-temperature plasticisation and surface smoothness. 1. TPU materials are easily exposed to the air to absorb moisture. After absorbing moisture, the printing will appear drawing, bubbles will be extruded, and the printing surface will be rough, which will reduce the printing quality. It is recommended to put the wire into the drying box (humidity is controlled below 15%) immediately after opening the package for printing. It is recommended to seal and store unused wires.
2. When the material is damp, the printing will increase drawing, bubbles will be extruded, and the printing surface quality will be rough. Please put the wire in a 60-80℃ oven to dry for 4-8h.
3. High-hardness TPU can be adapted to remote printers, but in order to increase the success rate, it is recommended to use a short-range extruder.
