Since 1960’s -1970’s, silver has been used to express fiction works’ sci-fi sense, because silver always give products an impression of industrial, high-tech, especially after the Second World War, with digitization revolution and aerospace field springing up, mysterious silver devices finally become a symbol of high-tech and futuristic, so does 3D filed, such silver just perfectly express 3D’s creativity and high-tech characteristic.

After adding aluminum to 3D printing material, it’s not only environmentally friendly, but less shrinkage, lower molding temperature and good liquidity, thus, the printed items no warp and easily be processing.once after polishing ,there is silver metallic sense and looks very shiny,  what’s more, the mysterious metal mechanical sense will totally appear.

1、Aluminum printing parameters:

（1） Print temperature：200～220℃；

（2） Print bed: Stick masking paper, not heated；

（3） Printing speed：30～60mm/s，

（4） Free speed：90～150mm/s。

2、Polishing process

Use iron sheet with the arc to scrape off the dark gray part of the product surface, then it can be showed aluminum metal texture.
