When kids meet 3D printing

Moon Boat 3D printing DIY workshop bring us new activity again!
This time they come to a kindergarten to let kids feel 3D printing and Polymorph handwork.

Firstly,Mrs May teach them what Three-dimensional is mainly through the difference between Flat and Solid Shapes.     

Secondly she let kids start to observe the process of printing.Actually the printers has started working before her display.The kids don’t realize the working of printers when they enter the training room because of its fully enclosed framework,low noise and free from extraneous odour.

The kids are so curious about 3D printer that lean their head almost close the window of the printers.Don’t worry about that,3Dwox has the function of smoke filter.Although they are close the machine,it’s still safe. 

Even though May tells them it’s a 3D printers,some of kids still think 3Dwox is a oven,oven,oven!They touch the touchscreen just like touch their ipad.If you have a 3Dwox,maybe your kids will forget Ipad!

It takes about 40 minutes that Tangbao appears.May let every kids touch it to make them feel 3D and how the photo becomes a real thing.

The following active is teach kids to learn make three-dimensional model by hand with Polymorph.Polymorph is a safe non-toxic DIY material.Put it into 60℃ hot water, soften it and shape it.Finally it will become hard under normal temperature.So it’s quite fit for handicraft.Photo below May is showing Polymorph to kids. 

 
Next the teachers put all the Polymorph in hot water and soften them with the help of eSUN staff. Then give those soft material to kids.Wow,Kids are so happy when they touch warm Polymorph and feel the change by temperature.
